Trainee Consultants – £35k OTE based in our Andover office.

Who are we:

We are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to be based in Andover to help us achieve this growth. The aim of the role is to act as a subject matter expert offering an unrivalled recruitment experience to both our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies; Building relationships with clients; developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work; Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers; Using candidate databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy.

You:

• Experience within sales, account management or customer service
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional outlook with the ability to sell
• Ability to build client and candidate relationships
