Recruitment Trainee Consultant – £35k OTE

About Us:

We are a group of niche recruitment businesses with ambitious growth plans for both our Andover and London offices. We are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to be based in Andover to help us achieve this growth. The aim of the role is to act as a subject matter expert offering an unrivalled recruitment experience to both our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies; Building relationships with clients; developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work; Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers; Using candidate databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy.

You:

• Proven experience within sales, account management or customer service
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional outlook with the ability to sell
• Ability to build client and candidate relationships
