Compliance Analyst

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global investment company, predominately investing in the infrastructure asset industry.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working closely with the Head of Compliance, the key focus areas for this role will include:

• Compliance and risk monitoring
• Maintaining the compliance system– personal account dealing, SMF and certification staff, restricted list, gifts and entertainment and attestations
• Assisting in external monitoring visits and audits
• Assisting the Head of Compliance where needed
• Compliance training delivery and oversight

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work 4 days a week onsite in London
• Must have a degree.
• Must have Private Equity or Asset Management experience
• Managed firm complaints process in line with regulatory requirements with records updated accordingly
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office apps
• Some understanding of relevant FCA regulations and how they apply in practice, especially AML
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy
